CGD is a spinout from the University of Cambridge Department of Engineering, and they design power electronics with higher speed, less power loss, and are smaller than existing transistors. Giorgia was 1 of 5 young female engineers selected by the Royal Academy of Engineering. We discuss electronic engineering startups, experiences of spinning out and great advice for strategic thinking for founders.
